Inspired by the glitz and glamour of Bollywood films, Just Jhoom! means Just Dance! - is energetic, fun, glamorous, and very tongue in cheek.
Just Jhoom! draws on a range of dance styles from classical Indian to Bhangra with dashes of hip-hop, jive and jazz set to vibrant, catchy Bollywood music tracks.
We will make sure you get a really good workout without even realising that you are working out!
Just Jhoom! Fitness: A fantastic workout starting with a warm-up. 8-9 fast paced routines and a yoga inspired cool-down. Perfect for those of you that just want to dance.
All abilities welcome - choreography is kept simple.
Just Jhoom! Dance: Learn one Bollywood dance routine each week, building your stamina and fitness gradually, until you are able to do all 8 routines in one go! Perfect for those of you wanting to take a bit more time learning each dance.
Just Jhoom! Cardio Dance: A fantastic fusion of dance and aerobics in this non-stop dance class where you build on one routine over 3-4 weeks. Each week the routine gets more challenging as variations are added to it.

Cost Members: £5 drop in class. ( 5 classes for £20.) Non Members £6 drop in class. ( 5 classes for £25.)
