Keep Fit sessions are held every Thursday evening between 6.30 p.m and 7.45 p.m. in the sports hall.
These sessions run along the lines of circuit training, with a mixture aerobic and strength exercises carried out at stations around the sports hall, some exercises may involve using weights or a piece of gym apparatus.
The session ends with a series of stretching exercises.
Keep fit is an excellent way to improve fitness and strength and prevent weight gain.
If you wish to join in, just turn up on Thursdays at 6.30 pm. The cost per session is £2 for members which covers the hire of the sports hall.
All ages and abilities welcome.
This is a member run session and anyone who takes part does so at their own risk.
