WhatsApp Groups Guidelines
We love that our WhatsApp groups help members stay connected, arrange tennis, and feel part of a vibrant club community. These guidelines exist to keep that experience positive, inclusive, and respectful for everyone.
Purpose of the WhatsApp Groups
Our WhatsApp groups exist to support and enhance communication around all things tennis at The Limpsfield Club. The primary aim is to help organise matches, Mix-ins, share club updates, and foster a welcoming, sociable community of tennis players.
These groups are intended to:
-
Join Mix-ins
-
Help members arrange games at Limpsfield
-
Share announcements from the club (e.g. events, tournaments, coaching etc.)
-
Encourage connection and friendly interaction among players
For anything unrelated to tennis (e.g. recommendations, local news, or general chat), please use the Limpsfield Social Chat group.
This group remains moderated and should reflect the club’s respectful tone. Content that is divisive, inappropriate, or sensitive, especially political or controversial topics, is not permitted. Please avoid posts likely to spark disagreement or debate.
To keep our groups inclusive and enjoyable for all, the following community standards and code of conduct apply. Participation in any of the club’s WhatsApp groups indicates acceptance of these guidelines.

By participating in these groups, you accept full responsibility for the content you post. The Limpsfield Club, its committee, administrators, partners, and associates accept no liability for messages shared by individuals. By joining or remaining in any WhatsApp group administered by The Limpsfield Club, you agree to abide by these guidelines and respect the decisions of the Admins.
